Daily Indian Stock Market Outlook: FairWealth Securities
The choppy session ended with the SENSEX gaining 132 points from the previous close and closing at 18,799. Nifty also added on 32 points and pulled down its shutters at 5640. BSE MIDCAP and SMALLCAP indices were also up 0.7% and 0.3% on the BSE. Banking stocks were clearly heroes of the day, with the BSE BANKEX gaining 2.2%. BSE Capital Goods also added over 0.8%. However, oil & gas, healthcare and FMCG stocks witnessed slight selling pressure. Market breadth was positive with 645 advances against 627 declines on the NSE. Top gainers are included M&M, SBIN, HDFCBANK, ICICIBANK, and TATASTEEL. Top losers are listed as CIPLA, TATAMTORS, RELINFRA, ACC, STER, and POWERGRID.
Next Day Trading Session:
In the next session, NIFTY is expected to attract buying at dips. 5570 may act as strong support. BANKING and METALS
along with REALITY may attract buying while FMCG and CAPITAL GOODS may face selling. Traders are suggested to buy
at dips.

Accelya Holding world S.L agreed to buy a controlling stake in India's Kale Consultants Ltd. for Rs 975.2 million to become the world's largest back office service provider for airlines. the company would buy 5.7 million shares or a 35.6% stake for Rs 172 per share.
India's third-largest tyre maker JK Tyre & Industries Ltd is gearing to meet rising demand through aggressive expansion, new forays and smart pricing. JK Tyres is also planning to re-enter the fast-growing two-wheeler market after stopping manufacturing 2-wheeler tyres more than 20 years ago.
Tata Power Company, India’s largest private power utility, is in talks to acquire a majority stake in the UK-based power generator InterGen NV from GMR Infrastructure to scale up its global presence. GMR Infrastructure, which had bought 50% stake in InterGen from a fund owned by American International Group for $1.1 billion in 2008, has been looking for a buyer as
it is not satisfied with the growth of the company.
