New toll tax rates effective in Delhi from today
According to a statement made by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi today, have revised the toll tax for commercial vehicles coming into the city off late, the latest rates are going to be effective tomorrow onwards.
The fee chargeable for taxi, tempo, Tata 407 and likewise commercial vehicles is going to be Rs 45 for each visit, while Rs 85 will be chargeable for bus, truck, Nissan as well as Tata-709.
According to the MCD, the rate for six-wheeler trucks is going to be Rs 165, while for 10-wheeler trucks is Rs 330 whereas for 14-wheeler trucks Rs 820 is chargeable.
Previously, the civic body had made a revision of the rates as well as engaged latest contractors for toll tax plazas side by side the national capital’s borders.
Toll tax of no form is going to be payable nor is it going to be collected from any ambulance, fire fighting vehicle, police vehicle, government vehicle with red and amber lights as well as any defence vehicle, apart from hearses.
