Nagarjuna Construction wins order worth Rs 358 crore

Nagarjuna Construction wins order worth Rs 358 croreHyderabad-based infrastructure major Nagarjuna Construction Company has won four new orders worth Rs 358 crore from domestic firms.

The company has secured first order worth Rs 65.39 crore from the superintending engineer, directorate of public health engineering, Kolkata for lump sum contract for water supply. The contract is scheduled to be completed over a period of 18 months.

Further, the second order worth Rs 64.89 crore has been secured by the company from the executive engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradikaran, Amravati for lump sum turnkey contract for supply of drinking water to 105 villages. The order is expected to be completed over a period of 60 months.

The third order, which is valued at Rs 49.50 crore has been awarded by Times of India for construction of main civil works at New Delhi.

The contract has been committed to be completed over a period of 12 months. The company picked the fourth order from center for development of

Advanced Computing, Pune for construction of multistoried `C-DAC Innovation Park` building at Pune.

The contract is valued at Rs 49.18 crore and scheduled to be completed over a period of 15 months.

The scrip of the company closed today at Rs 121, marginally up against its previous close.

The counter has made 52-week-high and low of Rs 178 and Rs 34 respectively.
