Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Retail to invest Rs 25000 crore in coming years
The retail business wing of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Industries, Reliance Retail is eying to invest Rs. 25 thousand crore in the coming two- three years with a motive of complete exploration of retail operations. The company also plans to employ over 1.5 lakh persons.
The company plans to spruce up the number of various format stores across the country. Reliance Wellness, Reliance Super and Hypermart are some of the various format stores which will see the maximum growth in coming quarters for Reliance’s retail venture.
According to the sources, the number of Reliance Super stores will soon to grow to 11, Reliance Wellness to 20 and Reliance Hypermart to 30 by the end of this year.
At the end of this month, Reliance Retail is looking to roll out four such stores in the National Capital Region (NCR).
Reliance Wellness will not only provide pre-emptive, curative and health and beauty solutions, but also offers free computerized eye-testing services.
The store will also provide health education to its customers.
