Motherson Sumi Systems reports a growth of 28%
The flagship company of Samvardhana Motherson Group, Motherson Sumi Systems Ltd (MSSL) is an auto-parts manufacturer.
On Monday, it has accounted a growth of 28% in the current financial year with the sales of Rs 2,596 crore as compared to the sales of Rs 2,028 crore in the last financial year.
The company's net profit was Rs 176 crore. The Earnings Per Share (EPS) for the company was Rs 4.96.
A dividend of 135% was urged by the board of directors.
For supplying rear vision systems worldwide, the company has become global leader.
Almost, all the major auto markers like Hero Honda, Mahindra & Mahindra, Tata Motors and Maruti Suzuki, are its customers
The company is also performing the projects for restructuring & transformation.
At 05:30 p. m., shares of Motherson Sumi rose by 11.64% to Rs 74.80. The volume of shares trading were 539571.
