London, Oct 1 : American actress Megan Fox says she had once dressed as a banana to promote a smoothie cafe where she used to work.

The 23-year-old says she wasn't always as glamorous as she looks today and used to turn heads for other reasons instead, imdb. com reports.

"I only had one job (while) growing up. I worked at a smoothie cafe. I used to have to dress up as a banana. I had the option of apple or banana. I always went with banana because it was thinner," said Fox. (ians)
