Maoists attack in four CRPF camps in DantewadaMaoists have attacked four CRPF camps in Dantewada district of Chhattisgarh yesterday. Although gun battles have been triggered out but there is no report of any fatal accidents. Nearly 300 to 400 Naxalities have attacked on the CRPF camps of paramilitary personnel at Chintangufa.

Two weeks ago 75 CRPF servicemen and a policeman was killed in the Maoist strike. Despite setting off intermittent gun battles on the Maoists in all the four places by the Government since few days, there has not been any significant success for the State and the Central Govt.

So far as the attack has been concerned, the localities are still in fear and life has not came back to normal yet at Dantewada.

The recent incident was occurred in Talmeta area which was around 5 km from the 6th April attack site. 75 CRPF mounted policemen and a state policeman has been killed and eight security personnel were injured in this attack.

However, the Dantewada mass attack investigation panel Chief Mr. EN Rammohan has informed that he will be submitting his inquiry report by April 25 to the Union Home Minister.
