Jennifer Garner joins Matthew McConaughey in ‘Ghosts of Girlfriends Past’
Washington, Sept 19: Jennifer Garner has signed on to star alongside Matthew McConaughey in "Ghosts of Girlfriends Past."
Screenplay for the New Line Cinema romantic comedy has been penned by Jon Lucas and Scott Moore.
The Mark Walters directed movie revolves around a charming womaniser, played by McConaughey, who is visited by the apparitions of girlfriends past, present and future while attending the wedding of his younger brother.
He eventually realizes that he is in love with his childhood sweetheart, to be played by Garner.
Producers on the pic are Jon Shestack and Brad Epstein, reports Variety.
The romcom is scheduled to start lensing in January next year.
Garner is currently playing the role of Roxanne in a Broadway version of "Cyrano."
McConaughey, in the meanwhile, has also signed on to take on Owen Wilson’s role in the Ben Stiller-directed movie ‘Tropic Thunder. (With Inputs from ANI)
