iTunes Festival app to stream video from music festival in LondonApple's iTunes Festival app for iOS is set to stream video from the popular music festival in London onto the screens of iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch devices.

The new video streaming service was added as part of the update in the version 4.1 of the iTunes Festival London 2013 app. The app will now include artist information, news, and schedules for the acts performing at this year's festival in London. The app will be compatible with iPhone, iPod, or iPad running iOS 6.0 or newer version of the software.

The app users will be able to see some performances live while others will be recorded for later download. iTunes users and Apple TV owners will also be able to watch the performances in HD. The iTunes Festival begins this Sunday in London and will feature a performance from different artists each night. A total of more than 60 popular artists will perform in the festival, including Justin Timberlake, Ellie Goulding, Dizzee Rascal, and Robin Thicke.

Apple has also reactivated the @itunesfestival Twitter account for offering more information on the festival to the users across the world.
