Intraday Buy Call For Vijaya Bank
Technical analyst Anil Singhvi has maintained 'buy' rating on Vijaya Bank Limited with an intra-day target of Rs 102.
The analyst said that the stock can be purchased with a stop loss of Rs 93.
The stock of the bank, on December 13, closed at Rs 95.10 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The share price has seen a 52-week high of Rs 115.35 and a low of Rs 46.25 on BSE.
Current EPS & P/E ratio stood at 13.22 and 7.37 respectively.
Vijaya Bank declared an increase of 33.10% in its standalone net profit for the three month period ended September 2010.
During the period under review, the company's profit remained at Rs 1443.10 million as against Rs 1084.20 million in the corresponding quarter of 2009.
The company's total income surged to Rs 15,209.20 million for the quarter ended September 30 as against Rs 14,576 million for the quarter ended Sept 2009.
Vijaya Bank and worldwide money transfer company MoneyGram International declared that their affiliation, wherein the banking institution will provide MoneyGram's real time money transfer services in its 1,173 divisions.
Vijaya Bank is inked under the Super Agent association of travel and tour company Thomas Cook and financial services firm UAE Exchange.
