Indiaco Ventures Ltd, a leading conglomerate deals in financial services, has announced that its technology division has inked a research and development and technology licensing deal with U.S.-based Aerospace Corporation.

California-based, Aerospace Corporation provides technical analyses for civil and commercial space ventures along with national security space programmes.

Last year in the month of May, Indiaco Ventures inked memorandum of understanding with Norway based Giertsen Group for identifying and transferring hi-end technologies of the Giertsen Group.

The major activity of Giertsen Group is to supply shelter and tunnel systems to priority customer segments.

Indiaco Ventures Ltd offers leveraging network to raise fund for investing in various growth sectors of the economy such as telecom, manufacturing, IT and ITES and real estate. The company also operates in its domestic market.

The stock of Indiaco Ventures settled at Rs.413, up 4.99 per cent on Bombay Stock Exchange ( BSE). The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.413.55 and low of Rs.387.50. The total volume of shares trade on BSE was 1,201.
