Indiabulls Financial Services Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company’s Board of Directors was planned to assemble on October 23, 2007 inter alia to mull over the declaration of an interim dividend (if any), on the Equity shares of the Company, for the financial year 2007-08.

In this link, the Company has communicated that no interim dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company had been declared at the said meeting.
