Hyderabad Blasts: Case Filed Against 15, 4 In Lock Up
Hyderabad: Cases have been lodged against 15 accused in the Hyderabad attacks. Out of the 15, four are supposed to be Pakistanis. Physical tests of the arrested defendants are going on.
Serial blasts rocked Hyderabad blasts last month killing over 40 and injuring more than 50. The attacks shook up Gokul Chat Bhandar and Lumbini Park. The initial
blast went on at Lumbini Park open area, when a laser show was going on. Another blast took place at Gokul Chat Shop in Koti area, 5 Km from Lumbini Park.
Police investigations found 19 un-discharged bombs in Hyderabad a day after the explosion. Te majority of bombs were placed with timers in plastic bags at cinema halls, bus stops, pedestrian bridges and road junctions and near a public water tap across the capital of Andhra Pradesh.
Nagpur police had also conducted searches in this connection, on the premises of Amin Traders, the company, which reportedly sold the chemicals used in the twin blasts in Hyderabad.
