Hulla: Movie Review!
Hulla is a comic depiction of a man suffering from nocturnal problems. Raj (Sushant Sing) and his wife, Abha (Kartika Rane) are successful in their professions .One a stock Broker and the other in a marketing firm.
They decide to shift to a new two bedroom flat in a housing society, this is where the problem starts. The society has a night watchman who whistles through out the night to keep the trouble makers at bay as well as to stay awake.
This disturbs Raj's sleep, on inquiry he is told that the orders to follow such a practice had come from the secretary of the society (Rajat Kapoor).
The film proceeds with no relief to Raj and ends in marital problems between the two. The plot of the movie revolves around this and has some great humorous moments. The performance of Sushant Singh and the watchman are commendable.
The appearance of Kartika Rane is different from the stereotype Heroin of Indian films. The film does deviate from the plot and is quite confusing at places, the end has nothing to do with the plot i.e. the whistling episode. Hence, some decent performances, hilarious moment worth giving a try.
