Los Angeles, Nov 27 : Actor Zac Efron reportedly broke his jaw after partying the entire night and falling on a glass table, indicating that he has had a relapse.

It was earlier reported that the actor got injured after slipping in a puddle.

"Zac was alone at home, and he leaned forward and fell into his coffee table," Daily Star magazine quoted a source as saying.

"He broke his jaw on the table and was afraid to call an ambulance, so his friend took him to the hospital," the source added.

The actor has sought help from a rehabilitation centre for his alleged cocaine addiction twice before.

The incident is said to have made Efron even more careful about his health.

"He’s hired a sober coach to help him stay clean and keep his pain killer intake under control. (He) is tired of his addiction hindering his career," said a source. (IANS)
