A new study has disclosed that women are at higher risk of hair fall as a result of hair extensions.

Currently, hair extensions are very popular among women because they offer them different styling options.

Joseph Mourad, a hair stylist, told the sources that every day he offers 'dream hair' to his majority of clients and he found that women are becoming more obsessive for long and thick hair.
Sometimes, the hair extension can result into permanent baldness.

Experts said that it is very significant to discover a superior stylist, who would use modern techniques to avoid such damage to the hair.

Experts also believe that Follicles in the scalp can become inflamed when hair addition is done near to the scalp, causing hair loss- a situation known as traction alopecia.  

According to Dr Jennifer Martinick, a hair specialist, Hair Saloons are opening at every nock and corner just to earn an extra dollar, putting at stake client’s hair.
