Sharp, the well known Japanese cellphone maker recently announced the release of its latest 931SH mobile phone via Softbank. The new and exclusive 931SH touchscreen handset would popularize the already popular AQUOS-brand.

There are many exciting features of AQUOS 931SH such as 3.8-inch screen touch LCD display. This screen would be able to offer a resolution of 1024×480 pixels. Other than this, the users can also view sharp and superior quality videos, web pages, pictures and even live TV, since the handset has the ability to showcase TV from 1Seg tuner.

A new and innovative technique has been developed by the security researchers, with which they can copy house keys just by using its picture as reference.

This technique has been developed by computer scientists at UC San Diego, and it needs no physical access to keys and only a fairly low resolution picture for the software to work. The scientist say that this technique has been developed by team with the aim to reveal to everyone that keys are not that secure as they are thought to be.

The preview version of Microsoft’s Windows 7 was presented at PDC in Los Angeles earlier this week. Basically, Windows 7 by Microsoft is an upgrade or extension to Vista. Theoretically speaking, Windows 7 is the result of amendments and improvements done in Vista, which could not impress the users due to its dysfunctions.

Let us now focus on the features of Windows 7. The users would notice the changes done in the interface design that are mostly concentrated on functionality. Other than this, a new taskbar for one has also been added, which has been created by the maker of the Office Ribbon in Office 2007, Steven Sinofski.

West Bengal Chief Minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee announced at a press conference that the 14th Kolkata Film Festival will kick off from November 10.  The eight-day cinematic extravaganza will include the screening of 276 recently released films from all over the globe.

Bhattacharjee said that the melange will have 17 Indian entries, other than 44 short-films, eight documentaries and seven children’s films. A total number of 100 foreign films from 62 countries will also be included, of which majority will be the Latin American films.  

Yash Raj Films released song promo of "Rab Ne Bana De Jodi" on SRK’s birthday on November 2. For the first time, YRF has unveiled a song promo before the music release - of the banner’s forthcoming film, ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ – to coincide it with the special occasion of Shahrukh Khan’s birthday.

The 60-second song promo is of the song titled “Haule Haule”, which is picturized on Khan and Aunshka Sharma.
