London, December 15 : Madonna may be spotted shaking a leg with Britney Spears on the latter's `Circus' tour, according to the `Toxic' hitmaker's choreographer.

Britney had shared the microphone with the Queen of Pop in LA in November during the U. S. leg of her "Sticky and Sweet" tour.

Now, Madonna may return the favour if she appears onstage with the `Womanizer' singer, who is scheduled to kick start her comeback tour in New Orleans on March 3.

Washington, Dec 15 : `The Day the Earth Stood Still', starring Keanu Reeves, has topped the weekend box office after raking in 31 million dollars.

According to studio estimates, romantic comedy `Four Christmases', starring Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn, came second with 13.3 million dollars, reports E! Online.

Catherine Hardwicke's `Twilight' landed the third spot after earning 8 million dollars while `Bolt' stood fourth with 7.5 million dollars.

`Australia', starring Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman, rounded off the top five with 4.3 million dollars.

The top-grossing weekend films are:

2. Four Christmases, 13.3 million dollars

Washington, Dec 15 : American actress Meryl Streep has revealed that she was denied a role in the 1976 movie `King Kong' because she was "too ugly".

Streep, 59, had an audition for the role with Italian producer Dino De Laurentis, and she heard him saying in Italian to his son that she was too ugly.

Laurentis had not realised that the Oscar winner could understand and speak the language fluently when he crudely dismissed her.

London, Dec 15: Hollywood actress Eva Mendes has revealed that she is keen to pose naked with musician Morrissey for an advert for PETA.

The `Hitch' actress wants to team up with The Smiths frontman, as the vegetarian is an advocate for animal rights and PETA.

"I really want to do a PETA ad with Morrissey, I'd be happy to do it naked if need be," the Sun quoted Eva, as saying.

"I've done a lot of work with them and I know Morrissey is a big supporter of PETA, so here's hoping," she added.

Eva revealed that she is fan of `The Meat is Murder' hitmaker, and would like to team up with him for PETA, as he has contributed a lot to the Animal Rights organization.

Samantha, who is dating Hollywood actress Lindsay Lohan, revealed on her MySpace blog that she was bowled over by West''s musical abilities, when she met him for the first time.

Washington, December 15 : Rock band `Kiss' have slammed rumours that they were heading towards retirement, insisting that they would soon release a new album.

The American head bangers, known for their trademark face paint and stage outfits, had been speculated to be turning towards TV auditions inviting replacements for founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.

However, vocalist Stanley confirmed that they were instead working on new material for the album, adding that the tunes would take fans back to the original 1970s sound.
