London, Dec 14 : `X Factor' supremo Simon Cowell is planning to hire Kate Moss as a judge for the show's next season.

Cowell is considering the Croydon-born supermodel to be next year's new face - to drive the show's ratings even higher.

The new plan indicates departure of Dannii Minogue, who Cowell refused to publicly endorse this week.

Asked if he'd spoken to Moss about joining the show, he said: "Yes. possibly. She could do something. For sure."

Cowell and Moss have become great mates during the latest series, which ended with a record audience of 15 million viewers.

London, Dec 14 : Amy Winehouse's incarcerated hubby Blake Fielder-Civil was offered 5,000 pounds to find a hitman to kill her drug dealer, according to his mother.

"He said a man close to Amy offered him 5,000 pounds to find a hitman to remove a certain dealer from Amy's life," News of the World quoted Georgette Civil, as saying.

However, Blake, who was in London's Pentonville for GBH and perverting justice, refused, said Georgette.

"He told the man: `No way. You're mad.' He's since received threatening messages from the same man and fears he may turn the tables on him. He has to be very careful in prison and needs to be protected," she said.

London, Dec 14 : Simon Cowell had to apologise to Beyonce Knowles for branding her `not sexy' before she could agree to be the special guest on `X Factor' finale.

In an astonishing public tirade against the singer, Cowell described her as "not sexy".

He said: "I find the whole Beyoncé thing really mystifying. She's not sexy, she hasn't got a great body and she's not a great singer."

The extraordinary statement in Esquire magazine three years ago prompted the singer's tough producer father, Matthew Knowles, to say: "Simon wouldn't know a hit song, image or talent if it hit him in the face."

The low-budget-horror film has been partially funded by 10,000 pounds of licence-payers' dough and depicts Wests' murder rampage, reports the Daily Express.

BBC has incurred the wrath of the victims' relatives, MPs, and TV watchdogs, who condemned the timing of the film's release and dubbed the channel "as a disgrace" while accusing it of misspending licence fee money.
