Dieting Is About Eating What Suits Your Body, Says DeepikaBollywood beauty Deepika Padukone has said that dieting should not be about hungering, or stopping oneself from eating, but about consuming all things that suits the human body.

While launching a book and a DVD known as 'Jaldi Fit' by fitness expert Namita Jain, in Mumbai, he actress said, "Understand what suits your body and follow that. Dieting is not about starving yourself or stopping yourself from what you crave to eat."

Miss Padukone also disclosed her fitness routine, saying that she chose yogic exercises to exercising in the closed atmosphere of a gymnasium surrounded by lots of people.

"When people say they do hundred Suryanamaskars a day, I think they are lying because if you really do it correctly, if you are following the right technique and if you are also practicing the breathing at the same time, it's very, very difficult. Even, I think, even 10 to 15 would be very difficult to do," Padukone said.

She also said that health is something that one does for oneself, and that the grouping of balanced food with the right workout is the main key to fitness. (With Inputs from Agencies)
