Television actress Roshni Chopra, who has won the title of India's first "Desi Girl", is basking in the glory of success and said that she may shine on international field shortly.
Roshni, who is riding high on success, said, "I think it's great time for me personally and professionally. As doors to bigger platforms have opened for me. I am rolling on a Hollywood project which makes me feel so content. However, it's too early to disclose details about it. And soon you will see me on the big screen in Vikram Bhatt's 'Phirr'."
"Phirr" is a romantic thriller, which also features "1920" fame pair Ada Sharma and Rajnish Duggal.
The 30-year-old, who made entry in showbiz with Zee TV's popular serial "Kasamh Se", has not fully switched the path as her hands are full with TV offers.
"I am going through a lot of scripts of fiction and non-fiction based shows. But I'm tight lipped about them as they are all in the pipeline," Roshni said.
"Desi Girl", hosted by well known actor Rohit Roy, begun with eight city girls including Sambhavna Seth, Kashmera Shah, Roshni Chopra, Monica Bedi, Anmol Singh, Rucha Gujarati, Ishitta Arun and Aushima Sawhney.
In the show, these glamour girls had to adopt harsh village life by performing the daily tasks, which comprised cooking, bathing and feeding cattle and cleaning house.
Roshini said that "purity of intent" helped her get an edge over the other participants. (With Inputs from Agencies)
