Daniel Craig is ‘downright goofy’, says Liev Schreiber
New Delhi, November 13: Daniel Craig, whose ''Defiance: The Bielski Partisans'' is set for a release, has been dubbed ‘downright goofy’ by his co-star Liev Schreiber.
Live, who with Craig and Jamie Bell feature as three Jewish brothers who escape from the Nazis and fight back to rescue fellow Jews, said the blonde Brit Bond is often misbelieved to be serious like his secret agent character, reports China Daily.
Liev told the US TV show ''Entertainment Tonight'' said: “We had a lot of fun, which was important because what we were doing was really quite sombre.
“Daniel Craig is far more entertaining and just downright goofy than I think most people think he is, and that''s a result of that Bond thing he''s doing."
The forthcoming war film is based on the true story of the Bielski partisans, covered by author Nechama Tec in the book “Defiance: The Bielski Partisans”. (ANI)
