Daily Indian Stock Market Outlook: FairWealth Securities
Indian market continued with volatility and maximum buying over CAPITAL GOODS, BANKING and ENERGY STOCKS, while METALS, AUTO and PHARMACEUTICALS STOCKS FACE selling pressure. SENSEX closed at 17694, up 120 points and Nifty at 5304, up 34 points from the previous close. CNX MIDCAP index was up 0.12% and BSE SMALLCAP index was up 0.52%. The market breadth was negative with advances at 575 against declines of 694 on the NSE. Top gainers included JPASSOCIATE, ICICIBANK, L&T, M&M and DLF. While top losers are listed as WIPRO, ACC, SUNPHARMA, BHARTIARTL, MARUTI and ABB.
Next Day Trading Session:
In the next session, 5235 may act as trend deciding level; traders are suggested to stay long, as long as NIFTY is holding 5235 level. If nifty sustains above 5335, it may gain upside momentum to find new highs. Banking stocks are expected to trade bullish while AUTO and CEMENT sector may see some more profit booking.

Roman Tarmat Ltd has said that the Company have received Order for the following work: Construction of internal road work for L & T Shipbuilding Ltd., Chennai Order price Rs. 7.50 Cr
Caraf Builders & Constructions Pvt. Ltd. (Caraf), a subsidiary of DLF Ltd., has purchased 245,232,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) issued by DLF Assets Ltd. (DAL) and held by DSIPL (a Company owned by SC Asia Pte Ltd.), for a consideration of INR 3084.68 crore, inclusive of withholding taxes as applicable. This has resulted in Caraf's economic interest in DAL increasing to 91.90%. The transaction was consummated on April 23, 2010.This is in line with DLF's overall strategy to consolidate the shareholding of DAL. DSIPL shall continue to hold 27,247,230CCPS, which gives it
an economic interest of 4.59% in DAL.
Sesa Goa Ltd has said that the Committee of Board of Directors, at its meeting held on April 23, 2010, allotted 1,83,76,377 equity shares of Re. 1/- each under as per request received for conversion of FCCBs from bondholders.
