Indian markets closed positive on Thursday and buying was witnessed in many public sector companies during today's session.

IREDA share price declined on Tuesday with the stock closing below Rs 170. IREDA touched intraday low at Rs 169.16 and close near the day's low.

Indian markets opened strong on Monday as India and Pakistan reached ceasefire.

Indian markets witnessed strong buying in select public sector companies on Monday. Nifty closed 0.47 percent higher after touching intraday high at Rs 24,526.

Public sector stocks witnessed higher volatility during the week.

IRFC, NTPC Green Energy, Engineers India, BHEL, IDBI Bank, IREDA, RITES, REC and RCF were among major losers in PSU stocks segment.
