London, October 25 : Prince Harry’s girlfriend Chelsy Davy stunned all at the reopening of an exclusive nightclub by wearing a slinky black dress available for just 20 pounds at a British High Street chain.

The 23-year-old Zimbabwean beauty, who allegedly decided to get back together with the Royal after he promised to mend his boozy and flirtatious antics, was spotted in the shoulder- padded mini-dress at the Chinawhite party in London.

"I wish I could say it cost 100,000 pounds but it didn''t. It was around 20 pounds. I''m not good at shopping for clothes, I rarely go," News of the World quoted her as saying.
