Chamapagne Indage finally acquires Australia’s VineCrest

Champagne Indage LimitedChampagne Indage Limited (CIL), Country’s oldest and largest, pioneering wine making company announced it has acquired Australia's VineCrest through its overseas subsidiary for an undisclosed amount.

The company has bought Australian firm in an all cash transaction.

ineCrest, situated in Barossa Valley is a highly rated boutique winery and vineyard in South Australia. Having won over 100 awards, commendations and medals in the past five years, VineCrest specializes in premium quality Barossa Shiraz, Sparkling Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Semillon and Late Harvest (desert wine) as well as a distinctive Sweet Red, Ruby and White Ports.

This is the company's third Australian acquisition. Earlier, it had acquired Thachi wines and Loxton winery, both in Australia.
