CBI forays 10 places, in lieu of CWG scam

CBIOn Thursday the CBI break-in approximately 10 locations in the National Capital Region and subsequent to it recorded a new FIR in association with its survey into the suspected multi-crore Commonwealth Games superimposes (impermanent fixtures and fittings for locations and stadia) fiddle.

The search draw closer a day following the group inquired, Commonwealth Games Organizing Committee chief, Suresh Kalmadi.

According to the official sources, CBI filed the FIR, on Wednesday, the fourth in the case, in link with the overlays that comprise lecterns, bookshelves, curtains, doormats, barricade golf carts, first-aid kits, water dispensers, office stationery, staircases, fire extinguishers and emergency lights contracts handled by to four firms. The entire cost of these agreements was above Rs. 600 crore.

According to the sources, the CBI raids began early in the morning and the sleuths are all ears on four companies that acted as the Indian wing for the similar number of international groups. The agreements were grabbed by association of overseas and Indian groups.
