CBI claims that the nun’s narco-analysis CDs were tampered
Regarding the mysterious death of a nun, the Kerala high court was informed, on Monday by Central Bureau of Investigation that the Laboratory in Bengaluru had tampered with the CDs of the narco-analysis of suspects.
Thus one more element of mystery has been added in the case of the death of Sister Abhaya which took place about 16 years ago in a convent at Kottayam.
The High Court had severely criticized CBI, which is now conducting fresh probe into the death, for withholding the information regarding the narco analysis conducted last year on two priests and a nun, which seem to be connected with the death case.
In connection with the narco-analysis CFSL, where the tests were conducted, informed the High Court that it had given three CDs to CBI where as CBI claimed in the court that it had been given only one CD. CBI had submitted one CD relating to the narco-analysis.
