Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops has emerged as the largest selling video game ever in the UK after it surpassed its predecessor, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 in number of copies sold.

The Modern Warfare 2 has sold 3,702,410 copies compared to 3,777,411 copies of Black Ops since its launch last year. The company also released the newest map pack, Annihilation, which includes our maps for the standard multiplayer modes named Silo, Drive-In, Hazard and Hangar 18. The pack also includes another level for the zombie mode.

The Annihilation map pack is available to download for Call of Duty: Black Ops is available for download for 1200 MS points on Xbox 360. More information about the pack on PC and PS3 will be released soon.
