Confidence Petroleum acquires two-domestic firms; stock surges 8%Nagpur - based Confidence Petroleum has informed that it has acquired 80% equity stake in Garg Distilleries, for an undisclosed amount.

Garg Distilleries Pvt. Ltd, is an unlisted, closely-held ethanol manufacturing unit, located near Dhule, Shirpur (Maharashtra State) having an installed capacity of 32400 KL per annum and crude oil distillation of 12000 KL per annum.

Buy Reliance Industries

Buy Reliance Industries  Karvy Stock Broking Limited has maintained ‘buy’ rating on Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) stock with an intraday target of Rs 1250.

According to Karvy, interested traders can purchase the stock between Rs 1185-1190 with a strict stop loss of Rs 1160. If the stock market remains on positive track, the stock pricing becomes more attractive, and reach above Rs 1258.
 

Reliance Communications Intraday Buy Call

Reliance Communications Intraday Buy CallStock market analysts have maintained ‘buy’ rating on Reliance Communications (RCom) stock with an intraday target of Rs 221.

According to analysts, interested traders can purchase the stock above Rs 206 with a strict stop loss of Rs 198. If the stock market remains on positive track, the stock pricing becomes more attractive, and reach above Rs 228.

BSE Sensex up by 200 points; NSE Nifty gains 70 @2 p.m.

Indian Stock markets were trading positive at 2 pm IST with BSE Sensex higher by 200 points, backed by Capital Goods, Metals, PSU and Banking Stocks. NSE Nifty was up by 70 points at 2785. Among major gainers were Real Estate majors DLF and Unitech. Tata Steel gained further ground. The stock was trading 7.4% higher at 196.

Among losers were BPCL (down by 4.1%), HCL Tech (down by 1.35%) and M&M (down by 1.2%). Technology stocks were trading marginally lower. Satyam Computers and Infosys Technologies were marginally lower.

Indian ADRs ended positive on Monday. Tata Communications, Sterlite, Wipro, HDFC Bank and MTNL were among major gainers.
