Bochum, Germany - Werder Bremen's sporting director Klaus Allofs has said that Italian Serie A club Juventus has not made an offer for the Bundesliga club's Brazilian midfielder Diego.

Speaking late Saturday after Bremen played to a goalless draw at VfL Bochum, Allofs said that they had not received an offer from Juventus and that there were no current plans to sell him.

"Diego has a contract until 2011. But the past has shown that that does not necessarily mean, that he will stay until 2011." (dpa)
