ASUS has announced the introduction of its new handset, named ASUS P565 in the Indian market.

To enthrall its users, the phone comes packed with latest touch-driven user interface Glide that offers effortless move between tasks instantly with a click of a finger and boasts an integrated 800 MHz Processor for easy handling of multitasking & GPS SatGuide Maps for quick access over 200 cities and 1.5 million destination.

This bar type device also comes equipped with enhanced Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.

According to sources, the phone also enriched with memory of 256 MB flash with 128 MB DDR SDRAM that can be expanded to MicroSD with SDHC.

Along with some other goodies, this stylish phone also features 2.8” touch screen functioning at a high resolution of 480 x 640 pixels, 3 Megapixel Auto Focus camera, and push mail facility, business card recognition service.
