Amrapali Group may raise upto Rs 3000 crore through IPO Noida-based Amrapali Group has decided to spend Rs 15,000 crore over the next five years to develop various projects across the country and is considering to raise up to Rs 3,000 crore via public offer.

According to a reliable source, the company, which has a land bank of 2,000 acres, may launch its initial public offer (IPO) within this financial year.

Presently, the company is working on 22 projects comprising residential, hotel, hospital, IT park and commercial spaces.

National Capital Region (NCR) is the major market for Amrapali Group, where it is developing six projects for Rs 3,000-4,000 crore, scheduled to be completed in next 3-4 years.

Besides NCR, the group has presence in 27 cities and in states such as Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Chhattisgarh, Haryana and Rajasthan.

Apart from the latest development, the group today launched a 400-unit housing project in Ghaziabad with an investment of Rs 125 crore.
