Amit Shah accuses AAP of having received 'black money' donation
New Delhi, Feb 5 : Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Amit Shah today accused the Aam Aadmi Party of having received black money donations.
"The donation which comes in the dark night is black money. And [Kejriwal] asks to investigate and put him in the jail. He is aware that investigation is not possible till February 7," Amit Shah said while addressing a rally today in Madanpur Khadar area of the national capital.
Shah further criticised the AAP for failing to deliver any promises.
"This election is based on two ideologies. One is that who delivers what it says, and the other who does not do anything what it says," Shah said.
"I have never seen such politics in my life. The AAP never delivers what it says," he added.
The BJP chief further hit out at Kejriwal for forming the Delhi government in 2013 by taking support of the Congress.
"Kejriwal said that he will not join politics, but he did. Kejriwal swore on his children and said that he would not take support of the Congress, didn't he?" Shah asked of the gathering.
With just few hours left for campaigning to end for the high-voltage Delhi Assembly polls, several surveys have given a slight edge to the Arvind Kejriwal- led AAP and placed the BJP at the second spot.
The elections for the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held in a single phase on February 7. The counting of votes will take place on February 10. (ANI)
