 1 In 5 Britons Show True Emotions Over The Internet   A new research has disclosed that Britons show true feelings over the internet.

Around 20 per cent of the survey's partakers said that they were more likely to be truthful regarding their wellbeing when asked "How are you?" while using a social networking site or e-mail.

The research for healthcare company Bupa surveyed 2,224 adults through YouGov during March as part of its "How are you Britain?"

Katrina Herren, Bupa Health and Wellbeing medical director, stated, "Sharing an emotion with people who listen and don''t judge it to be good or bad can not only make you feel better but improve communication between you and others and maintain your mental wellbeing." (With Inputs from Agencies)
