West Indies retains new squad for second test match

West IndiesThe West Indies cricket board has retained the new inexperienced squad for the second test match against Bangladesh which has been scheduled to start from on Friday.

The only change in the West Indies squad has been the addition of the batsman Ryan Hinds in the team while Kraigg Brathwaite and Jamaican André Creary have been allowed to play in the domestic three-day tournament.

Hinds has played last test match against England during a test series in West Indies while he was not included in the squad which toured to England in May.

The West Indies Players Association (WIPA) has decided to boycott the series and the matter were not solved till now so all the players refused to play in the International cricket.

However, WICB Vice President Dave Cameron said that any player would be considered for the selection in the team if they make themselves available.

The West Indies squad for the second test includes Floyd Reifer (capt), Darren Sammy (vc), Ryan Austin, David Bernard Jr, Tino Best, Travis Dowlin, Ryan Hinds, Kevin McClean, Nikita Miller, Nelon Pascal, Omar Phillips, Dale Richards, Kemar Roach and Chadwick Walton.
