It was reported just a few days back that a Sony Vaio laptop would soon hit the PC market. The details of the new netbook, apparently called Sony P series netbook were accidentally released by the company on its SonyStyle site, after it released the countdown page.

It has been learnt that the netbook has a meaningful name where 'P' stands for Pocket. It can be guessed from here that the netbook might fit into your pocket. It has been further leart that users would be able to avail this net book in three colors, namely crimson red, champagne gold and black silk.

The Indian market which at present is flourishing with the new technical gadgets has now welcomed the XFX GeForce 9300 motherboard, which has an onboard Nvidia GeForce 9series graphics that will definitely enhance the user's graphics experience. The new motherboard that features Nvidia s CUDA technology helps the GPU to accelerate applications.

Furthermore, the motherboard also has an onboard HDMI connector and DVI port which support HDCP. It basically generates crystal clear playback of HD movies on the user's PC when connected to HDCP-capable displays.

Recently a research conducted by iSuppli has put forward the fact that the global desktop shipments have been exceeded, for the very first time, by shipments of notebook hardware.

It has been suggested by the latest quarterly figures of iSuppli that in the Q3 of 2008, notebook shipments hit 38.6 million, which marks an increase of some 40 percent. On the other hand, there was a drop in the shipments of desktop by 1.3 percent to a quarterly total of 38.5 million units.

Good programming languages to start with are C# and Java, says programming how-to book author Helmut Erlenkoetter. These languages, known as object-oriented, are clearly structured and easy to understand, he says.

Hamburg  - Almost all digital frames offer good images, but a test by Germany's Computer Bild magazine highlights problems such as energy consumption.

Some of the frames tested use lots of energy. The most energy-intensive model tested, when operated 12 hours a day, consumed 12.35 euros (16.50 dollars) worth of energy a year. The most energy-efficient model consumed the equivalent of 3 euros a year, the report said.
