Tech Mahindra, leading worldwide systems integrator & technology solutions provider to the telecom industry, has announced that it has established its fully owned facility in Chandigarh.

According to company, the facility will focus on offering end to end customer service delivery to global telecom service providers.

The sources said that this facility will increase company's presence in the northern India.

Build over 15 acres, the campus will have capacity of about 1,000 seats in the initial ramp up with 500 seats to commence with another 500 seats planned by the end of September 2009.This center will cater to both international and domestic clients.

While speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sujit Baksi, President corporate affairs, Tech Mahindra, stated, "Even in the current global environment, Tech Mahindra finds it prudent to invest in Chandigarh by building its new facility."
