Sony’s new Bravia ZX1 is thinner than a CD case
It’s the thinnest range of LCD TVs; it’s known for its quality images and digital entertainment – that’s what Sony is touting about its new Sony Bravia ZX Series, the new range of LCD TVs recently launched in the Indian market.
Just thinner than a CD case, Sony’s new Bravia ZX1 is less than 1cm thick (9.9mm) and weighs about 15 kg. It features Bravia Engine 2 technology for crystal clear picture in both standard definition and full HD. It comes with Motionflow 100Hz feature and Image blur reduction feature for fetching excellent quality bright and full of life images.
Sony Bravia ZX1 features complete HD display with 1920 X 1080 resolution. It uses LED technology to light up the screen, instead of fluorescent lamps. The screen features two integrated speakers and a woofer, producing 20 Watts of sound – each speaker producing 5 Watts of sound and woofer producing 10 Watts of sound.
Sony Bravia ZX1 features voice zoom, dolby digital plus, digital amplifier and S-Force Surround. The LCD TV boasts of Xross media bar in the ZX1 hood, Bravia Theatre Sync, Live Color Creation, and 24p Cinema. The Bravia 1080 high-speed wireless connection and RF technology allows users to view HD pictures without cables and wires via HD media receiver, which helps connecting the LCD TV to HD devices – DVD/Blu-ray player or games console – located anywhere in the house. The LCD TV features four independent HDMI inputs – RBG compatible SCART input, component inputs, PC input, composite inputs and USB connection.
