According to latest reports, the winner of Bigg Boss 4 and TV actress Shweta Tiwari has filed a complaint against ex-hubby Raja Chaudhary on Wednesday.

The report said that this is the fourth time when Shweta lodged a complaint against Raja.

As per reports, Raja, on Tuesday, barged into Shweta's house around 1 am and started assaulting her and friend Abhinav Kohli.

The actress also said that Raja wanted to take their daughter, Palak, with him.

As soon as Shweta registered a complaint, police officials reached Shweta's house to solve the whole matter.

Cops are tired of the intimidation of Raja and have decided to extern him from Mumbai after he entered Tiwari's house to attack her.

Senior Inspector R Prabhu of Malad police station stated, "Raja Chaudhary forcefully entered Shweta's house and assaulted her and her friend Abhinav Kohli. As per court order, Raja is not supposed to go to Shweta's residence. But he breached the order. We have booked him for assaulting, trespassing, and abusing Shweta and Kohli. He already has a number of cases against him, some at Oshiwara police station. And now we will extern him."

Shweta has asked for police protection as Raja is constantly distressing her.

Earlier, Raja had attacked Shweta's family during October last year, when she was in the Bigg Boss house.
