Islamabad, Nov 26: Pakistan’s Interior Minister Hamid Nawaz has assured that former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif would get a level playing field for the January 8 general elections.

Hamid said that there would be no restrictions on the PML (N) leader, who returned to the country yesterday evening after remaining in exile for seven years, to hold public meetings anywhere in the country.
 
He said that Sharif was a reasonable man, who fully understood the prevailing law and order situation in Pakistan, the Daily Times reported. (ANI)
