A new poll of New Hampshire voters has revealed that Mitt Romney and Hillary Clinton are still leading their respective parties for the presidential nomination.

According to the survey conducted for Franklin Pierce University and WBZ, Clinton has the backing of 36% of Democratic parties, over Barack Obama with 18% and John Edwards with 12%. Bill Richardson has 10 percent and all other nominees are at 3% or below.

In the Republican race, Romney leads Rudy Giuliani, 30% to 23% and John McCain with 14 percent, and Fred Thompson has 8 percent.

Sofia, Sept 18: Bulgarian archaeologists have unearthed an ancient Thracian tomb during excavations near the village of Cherniche.

The team of Georgi Nehrizov, a specialist in Thracian history and culture with the Bulgarian Archaeology Institute, stumbled accidentally on the tomb.

According to a Sofia News Agency report, the two metres long, 1.8 metres wide and two metres high sepulchre is dated back to the 4-3 century BC, and it is completely intact, along with the two-slope surface of the walls.

London, Sept.18: A British born Muslim student found guilty of Islamist terrorism offences is now also being accused of planning to take part in alleged al-Qa'eda attacks in Canada.

The alleged Canadian plot included detonating truck bombs, blowing up shopping malls and storming the Canadian Broadcast Centre and the parliament building.

The alleged plotters are also accused of planning to behead Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other leaders.

New Delhi, Sept. 18: The Ministry of Agriculture in China has confirmed a bird flu outbreak in South China's Guangzhou, which began with the mass deaths of ducks on September 5.

The National Avian Influenza Reference Laboratory, according to the ministry, confirmed the outbreak as a sub-type of H5N1 bird flu.

It said 36,130 ducks had been culled as of September 17, after farmers in Sixian Village and Xinzao Township in the Panyu district of Guangzhou reported the deaths of their ducks on September 5.
