Lahore, Mar. 22 : As Pakistan creeps towards normalcy after a week long political bedlam, experts believe that it would be very difficult for it to overcome the menace of rising extremism as long as the Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) continues to breed terrorists on its own soil.
According to a report compiled by a famous Asian expert, Fredric Grare, the threat of terrorism will persist for a long time to come until the ISI discontinue its nefarious activity of nurturing the terror outfits.
Islamabad, Mar. 22 : Jumping into the on-going fight between the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Senate’s Sports Committee, former captain Imran Khan has said that the committee does not has the authority to summon PCB chief Ijaz Butt.
"I don''t think it is appropriate that a Senate body summons the PCB chief or the head of any sports body for grilling," The News qouted Khan, as saying.

Brussels, Mar. 22 : Raising serious concerns over the terror safe havens in Pakistan, which are being utilized by different terror outfits to carry out their activities across the world, the US's Special Representative to Afghanistan and Pakistan Richard Holbrooke has said that Pakistan it self should act to tackle this menace.
Holbrooke denied that the US or NATO forces would march-in to Pakistani territory from the Afghan side to take-up the issue.
Islamabad, Mar. 22 : Despite Pakistan showing serious discontent over the US led drone strikes in the tribal regions of the country, the United States has said that the missile hits would continue, as they had been successful in sanitizing several top Al-Qaeda operatives.
The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) chief, Leon Panetta, who arrived here on Saturday, has clarified the Obama Administration's stance over the issue.
Quetta, Mar. 21 : Balochistan Chief Minister Muhammad Aslam Raisani has said drone attacks in Balochistan will tarnish President Barack Obama's global image.
"We do not have to panic about published reports about possible drone attacks. I will soon meet the American ambassador to convey our concerns to her. This issue would be brought to the attention of President Asif Ali Zardari and Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi as well," the Daily Times quoted him, as saying.
