Tania ZaettaMelbourne, Jan 27 : Tania Zaetta has been invited to sing for Australian troops again after the Defence Department apologised to her over false allegations claiming she had sex with soldiers during a tour of Afghanistan.

Defence has revealed that it had finished mending fences with Zaetta over the claims.

The Chief of the Defence Force, Air Chief Marshal Angus Houston, met the former Who Dares Wins host and apologised again to her.

He said there was no substance to the allegations.

However, the genome sequencing of head lice has revealed the 37 genes are located on 12 or more mini-chromosomes that join and separate.

According to the Daily Telegraph, the Northern Territory News understands prisoners are being allowed to hire a machine to watch movies in their own cells.

Prison superintendent Kevin Raby said that portable DVD players were part of an "incentive-based program" for low security "clients".

But some prison officers believe the DVD players are a luxury the inmates could do without.
