Melbourne, Mar. 13: After scoring over 1000 first class runs in the 2008-09 season and being recognized as Australia’s One Day Player of the Year, Victoria’s Chris Rogers is being rated as a possibility for the upcoming Ashes tour in England.
If he scores again in the Sheffield Shield final against Queensland starting at the Junction Oval today, he could make the national grade as the third opener in the Ashes touring party - a position his coach Greg Shipperd and skipper Cameron White agree is Rogers for the taking.
Melbourne, Mar 13 : You might spot many green cars on the road, if people really start going by the rules of the ancient Chinese system of aesthetics-feng shui.

Skipper Ricky Ponting praised the heroic efforts of Siddle, and said the Victorian will be rested from next month's one-day series in South Africa.
Melbourne, Mar 12 : Injured fast bowler Brett Lee's place in the Ashes 2009 squad is under serious threat after the unexpected success of Australia's pace attack against South Africa.

Only five months ago, Lee was Australia's main attack bowler, but at present he is arguably the fourth or fifth best fast bowling option, The Herald Sun reported.

Johnson, the new pace spearhead in the absence of injured duo Stuart Clark and Brett Lee, has climbed to the second spot in the bowling rankings alongside South African rival Dale Steyn on 811 points.
