Expressing a concern over the frequent terror attacks in the country, yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Wednesday said India would soon become Pakistan if security agencies and government fail to curb terrorist activities in the country.

Addressing a press conference in Sikar during his visit to the town for a yoga camp, Ramdev said, "It is high time for security agencies and people of the country to work together. Terrorists should be grabbed and throw out of the country."

Advocating the need of beefing up the security at the borders, Ramdev said, "Over the years, the number of intrusion cases is on the rise and illegal activities such as smuggling of fake currency is also rising."

Without naming any country, Ramdev said, "Various probes say that at least 20% of the fake currency notes come from cross borders. It is high time that some result oriented strategy to be adopted to curb terrorism in the country."

Asked if his visit for the yoga camp has some political aim as Lok Sabha elections dates have been announced, Ramdev said, "I am not here to campaign for any party. My only concern is that we should not tolerate the corrupt politicians and I don't mind if a corrupt politician is hanged till death."

Terming the general elections as Mahaparva (Big festival), Ramdev said "We should pledge to elect an honest candidate with a clean image."

Refuting the reports saying he may contest elections, he said, "I have said that honest people should govern the nation, but the issue was blown out of proportion as some journalists termed it as if I was willing to enter politics."
