The bold and hot Rakhi Sawant is now planning her 'swayamvara', choosing a groom and tying the nuptial knot with the selected one on NDTV Imagine's new show Rakhi Ka Swayamvara.

Out of 15 grooms, the dancer-actress will select his life partner and will take audience help to decide on her perfect man.

Produced by SOL Productions Private Limited, the show’s timing has not been announced up till now.

While commenting on her decision to marry this way, Rakhi said, "I want to solemnize my marriage in the presence of all my fans who have been supportive of me throughout and what better way than getting married on national television?"

“I am looking for a companion who is warm, affectionate, someone who can dance a little bit, who respects women for who they are, and above all who is punctual. Even Sita had her Swayamvara? so why not me?” she said.

The 29-year-old actress also said that this is the accurate time for her to settle down.

Rakhi will stay with 15 grooms of her choice under one roof. During this time, she will give her prospective grooms different jobs to perform. Those who fail will be eliminated every week.

The final week will see Rakhi marrying the groom of her choice.

Rakhi has made small appearances in films like Main Hoon Na and done item songs in movies including Krazzy 4 and 1920.

Moreover, Sawant is best remembered for the storm involving Punjabi singer Mika when she accused him of kissing her by force after she had pecked on his cheeks on his birthday.

She was also seen on reality show Bigg Boss where, again, she was in the spotlight for all the wrong things.
