Queen’s granddaughter Zara Phillips denies being pals with Jordan
London, Apr 20 : Katie Price a. k. a Jordan was left feeling embarrassed, when the Queen's granddaughter Zara Phillps rebuffed her claims of being pals with the latter.
Apparently, Katie had claimed that the young Royal and she had struck up a friendship, when she was invited to the Burghley Horse Trials in Lincs by Zara's mother Princess Anna.
"They are very friendly, but not many people know that," the Daily Star quoted Katie's publicist, as saying.
"Katie never talks about her friendships with other celebrities and she won't discuss her friendship with Zara, but yes, there is a friendship. She is going to Gatcombe Park with Zara and can't wait," Katie's publicist added.
However, Katie was left red-faced when Zara's spokesman denied all the claims, by revealing that they are unauthentic.
"It's a nice story but unfortunately it's not true. They haven't met," The Daily Star quoted Zara's spokesman as saying.
"As far as Zara is concerned, she was competing. If they did meet it was in passing," the spokesman added. (ANI)
