Out of all the customers ordering food inside Qdoba's restaurant near Louisville, Ky., recently, there was one who caught the attention of former shift manager Ridge Quarles.

Quarles spotted a disabled customer trying to get in the store's entrance with a wheelchair and happily came to her aid.

Quarles recalled to WAVE3, that she didn't get to get out of her house often, but whenever she did, she always told him that Ridge, this was her most favorite place to eat.

In fact, employees knew her order by heart, which included a taco salad with hot sauce and cheese for lunch. She also orders a burrito with hot sauce and cheese for dinner.

One afternoon, a typical order was quickly turned into something truly heartwarming. After Quarles helped deliver her food, drink, utensils and napkins, he asked a thoughtful question.

He asked her that was there anything else he could help her with? Hearing the question she turned around and she said him that sir, if he doesn’t mind, could he help her eat? Without any hesitation, Quarles helped the customer out with no questions asked.

Fellow Qdoba regular Dr. David Jones witnessed the kind exchange and gesture from afar. He was felt touched by what he saw. As a result, he decided to capture/film the encounter with a hope to spread the positive message.

Jones recalled to the NBC affiliate, “He didn't stop to think about, 'Well, should I help her, should I not?' He just went over, put the gloves on and started feeding her”.

Jones said if everybody in the world would just use the little simple gift that they have to maybe benefit somebody else, then think what the world would be like.

Since then the video has gone viral with viewers around the country applauding Quarles' efforts. Despite the attention, the Sullivan University grad is simply hoping that his gesture will inspire others to be kind.
