Prakash-Qureshi duo crashes out of ATP

Prakash-Qureshi duo crashes out of ATPIndian tennis star Prakash Amritraj and his Pakistani partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi have been knocked out of the ATP Challenger with prize money of $50,000. Indo-Pak duo was ousted by the pair of South African Rik De Voest and Scott Lipsky of the US.

Prakash-Qureshi duo went down in straight set 7-6(4), 6-3 to the pair of Voest-Lipsky in the semifinal match at Binghamton, USA on Saturday. Prakash-Qureshi duo fought hard against their opponents but Voest-Lipsky duo raced away with the match to advance in to the finals.

Voest-Lipsky duo will now clash with the winners of the other semifinal match between the pair of South Africa's Kevin Anderson and Carsten Ball of Australia and American pair of Ryler Deheart and Kaes Van't Hof in the title round.  
 
Earlier, Prakash opted to withdraw from the match against Sergei Bubka of Ukraine in the second round of men’s singles event due to an injury.
